Dan Duggan
My name is Daniel Duggan. I was born and raised in Fargo, North Dakota where I currently live. I have worked in and around the automotive industry most of my life. I started out by managing various automotive shops. I then managed the City Limit Truck Stop, which is now the Petro Travel Plaza, for four years until owning my own service center. I started my own business in 1989 as an Amoco Oil dealer in Moorhead, Minnesota.
In 1993 I built my own shop and in 1999 I sold my Amoco Station/Convenience Store. In 1999 I also started the construction of my current shop and have operated in this location since February of 2000.
I have been a Napa Auto Care Center since opening my first shop in 1993. I have served on the AAIA Council, which is now called the Auto Care Association, and sat on the CCPN Leadership Committee for 4 years. I have also sat on the Napa Auto Care Advisory Council for two years and am a board member of the Napa Auto Care Association in the Fargo Moorhead area. My shop is an AAA Approved Auto Care Repair shop, which has never had below a 95% customer satisfaction survey rating. We won the Locals Love Us award in 2022, as well as turning Napa Gold Certified in Fall of 2022.
Jeff Gordon Duggan
My name is Jeff Gordon Duggan. I’m a two year old red lab. I love to run, hunt and swim! I started my position at Duggan’s in 2022 as the “Official Greeter”. My favorite thing at my job is greeting the customers, getting all the pets and taking long dog naps when I’m not busy.
James Olin
Hi. My name is James Olin. I was born and raised in the Fargo-Moorhead area and have been working on cars for as long as I can remember. I went to North Dakota State College of Science in 2010 and graduated in 2013 with an Associate’s Degree in Automotive/Diesel Mechanics. Since then, I worked at a Chrysler dealership in Bismarck for 8 years gaining hands-on experience, Master Chrysler certification and Master ASE Certification. In December of 2021 I moved back home and started working at Duggan’s Auto Service Center gaining experience and enjoying working on cars and meeting our great customers. I look forward to many years of keeping cars and trucks on the road.
Katina Rorvig
My name is Katina Rorvig. I grew up in Fargo and graduated from NDSU in Psychology. I started working in the auto industry as a part time Napa parts runner. That went into full time and stayed at Napa for 6.5 years. I got an opportunity to change my scenery in the auto industry by starting a service advisor job at Duggan’s Auto Center. It’s been a little over a year since I’ve been here. And it’s been super rewarding. I love the small family feel we have here at the shop. The close relationships we get with our customers. I’m excited to see what the future holds here.
Leroy Hintz
My name is Leroy Hintz, aka JR. I was born and raised in the Fargo area. My wife and I currently live in West Fargo, and I have been working in the automotive field for over 24 years. I started at Duggan’s Auto in September 2023. I enjoy the great work atmosphere and getting to know the customers. I am currently working on my ASE Master Certifications and am very excited to see what the future brings. in April of 2023 and plan to get Master Certified. I’m excited to see what the future holds.
